Wear proper shoes and you will not be bothered with the rocky path (which can be painful for those who attempt to walk to the lobby barefooted). Staff who man the place seems to be very well-trained to deal with the worst of visitors and they make it a point to put your safety and enjoyment as their top priority...always listening out to visitors to see if there are problems they can help with.
